Will you share with me what percentage your employees pay for their health care premium and if it is different for a single employee and an employee plus dependent(s)?

We pay 100% of the employee's premiums. If they choose family or dependent coverage they pay the difference.

We also pay 100% of employees insurance. Employee is responsible for family coverage premium.

We pay 85% on employee, none on dependents. Except we pay about 40% of the dependent cost on Employee-plus-child coverage... A nod to our single parents, really.

Many Credit Unions still do... we're regarded as somewhat "stingy" on benefits by many of our peers.

Emloyer pays 100% for employee.
Employee pays 100% for spouse and children.
