What does "View All" mean?

When you look at a list of Forum messages, you'll notice that some of them are labeled "View All." In case you're not familiar with this, it simply means the discussion is getting pretty long (more than 10 replies), so the Forum gives you two ways to view it:

Click on "View All" to see all the replies on the same web page. It's easy to follow the flow of the discussion this way, but the web page may be slow to open on your computer.

Or you can click on the name of the discussion ("FMLA for a hangnail") to view the replies one by one. It may be harder to follow the discussion this way, but each web page opens quickly and you can see which replies you haven't marked as read (they're yellow).
