Welcome to the Forum!

SHRM is the professional association for HR professionals. It stands for Society for Human Resources Management. You probably have a local chapter where you are. You might want to check on signing up. Monthly meeting can be very helpful depending upon the chapter. SHRM National also has a huge annual convention each year with lots of good speakers. It's always in June. This year it's in New Orleans.
