my sons are in the spring school play and we are going to have a dinner theatre with cornish game hens as the main course....anyone have a recipe or suggestions for cooking say..50-60 hens? Thanks

My wife bakes them just like you would bake a chicken. After all, they're just little chickens. And, for sure, the wild rice recipe posted here will be the perfect dish to go with your hens.

My wife says the directions are on the package. Cook them at 350 for an hour but spray them with PAM first.

I usually stuff mine - most of the time with wild rice actually. Rub with a little Kitchen Bouquet and pepper. Wrap in tin foil, bake as directed, opening foil to brown last 10 minutes.
