Cold Pasta Salad

This feeds an army. Great for backyard parties...............
Cook one box of elbow macaroni, add 1 cup of salad oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1/3 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste and refigerate overnight.
The next day add: 1 diced onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, celery, 1 can of sliced black olives, 1 yellow squash, some cherry tomatoes, and some broccoli.
At this point you can add some cooked shrimp and Langostinos.
Mix together: 1 tbsp. of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. of parsley and 2/3 cup of salad dressing.
Mix together in a VERY large bowl and refrigerate. It takes some time chopping and mixing, but the compliments are worth it!
