I just realized after I posted this last night that there are 2-3 hours in the morning where you mid-coasters and east coasters can babble on incessantly without any west coast response.

As for the flyover states, I understand your predicament. I invite you to join us west coasters in the late afternoon to make fun of our absent eastern brethren.

In the mornings, I would ask that you stand guard and watch over the cheese and wine east coasters and keep them in line.

When's the beach party at Texhoma? That's close enough to a coast for me! Never did understand the attraction to salt water. We have tornadoes and floods instead of hurricanes, which keeps us from being too complacent.

I have always heard that the USofA is highest towards the middle and every loose nut in the country has rolled to either the west or east coast.

This is an interesting example of unintentional consequences.

The purpose of this thread was to create a coalition of the willing West Coasters and instead we have unintentionally bonded the MidWesterners.

Keep that in mind the next time you write a policy for your handbook.

Usen's from the MW are into this bonding thing. Are is that bondage? But we're a hardy bunch, ready to protect, defend, and entertain our own (and others who come along for the ride).

I was visiting North Carolina in June and felt what humidity can be like. Not fun, although I heard it was worse later in the summer.
