New Poster To The Board

Hello everybody:

I am Raymond in TN and I am new to the board. In the past I used to post some on the SHRM board but I no longer belong so I found this as another alternative network.

26 years in HR, "been there,done that" and have the "scars and t-shirts" to prove it.

Hopefully I can contribute and I look forward to participating.
