That old David Bowie song is on a tape loop in my head as I try to clean out my office this week and prepare to take on a new role. I'll be moving from our subsidiary company into the corp. HR manager's position as of Monday. Scared but excited and frenzied the last couple of weeks...any sage words of advice from the forum to inspire or warn?

Keep your head low and your powder dry, you'll do fine. x:-)
Apparently you've done well so far. You'll do fine. Congratulations!
In other words, don't forget where you've come from...the folks you leave behind sure won't. Good luck in the Big House! xclap
2-Insist on tee times between 9:00 and 10:00 on Thursday mornings.
3-Always sip your San Pelegrino with pinky extended during those boring staff meetings.
That should get you going............
Have fun and good luck! You'll do great in your new assignment!

I think I'll have that drink now - not a martini, but maybe either a shot of tequila or a nice smooth scotch - neat. Meet me in the bar?
