Discharged because....

I was going through old termed ee files and came across this.

An ee filing for unemployment put this reason for discharged:

"Discharged because I was hiding from my boss and always talking."

Needless to say I have been laughing ever since.

You know Don I haven't look to see if he was awarded Unemployment or not. But I am betting he did any takers.

I terminated an employee for poor attendance. The unemployment office contacted me and asked why I would terminate an employee because he got "lucky". Go figure.
