It seems to me that a lot of threads are male oriented (frankly, I couldn't care less about the issue of wearing a tie and I'm too intelligent to discuss wearing stockings when it is 100 degrees.) or somehow the men bring the threads down to a level of chauvinism that should have disappeared years ago. I think we should have thread on a topic of interest to women, but I'm drawing a blank. Need suggestions or just want someone to start one.

Only a woman would 'draw a blank'. Men are known for drawing intelligent conclusions and stating them eloquently, not blanks.

Because our organization is 95% female, there is plenty of male-bashing that goes on around here. I find myself actually putting a stop to it.

Our controller is the only male in our office - his nickname is "Sweet Pea". Fortunately, he has a great sense of humor and is bright enough not to give us nicknames in return. At least not out loud.

Of course, as you know, that was in jest and reached it's intended conclusion of raising the tiny hairs on the back of Rockie's neck, although Ritaanz is still shaking too much to type with both sets of fingers. My true colors reveal that I am the ultimate protector of female virtue. This guy Ray, on the other hand....first he posts something about Ray's Pimp Picture and then he's off on this scenario about being 'Tied Up'. I'd keep a sharp eye on him ladies. And Parabeagle ought to change his name to Para-chameleon. Webster tells us that 'he' has independently moving eyeballs and an unusual ability to change colors at the drop of a remark. They are also well known for how quickly they dart for cover at the first clap of thunder.

I love that! Women with healthy chests! Why can't guys talk to a woman face to face?? I have asked many guys, and they all lie about it ("Nooooo, I noticed your eyes first, I swear. They are the prettiest blue"...hint guys, my eyes are brown!)! And why they are lying, they are NOT looking me in the eyes!

Whatever, I really wish you would post a profile. Just because you refuse to discuss stockings in 100 degree heat does not mean you are female. As for "woman's topics" read Redbook.

I have not felt that the Forum was oriented to either sex. The guys contribute to this particular forum their thoughts which I see as humor. Tell me you never laughed out loud over some of the things Beaglepuss, Don the Babe or Raytoot said. If Gillian or Pork would just loosen up a bit, then it would really be party time. I thoroughly enjoy all my friends on the Forum.

There are some threads on the Forum I do not respond to. That's because I think they are bizarre, so I just skip them.
