Happy Birthday to all of us! I'll be 33 on Friday and don't usually get to celebrate birthdays (something very unbirthday-like always happens on July 25th) but I keep trying every year. This year it's a cabin in the woods for the weekend.
Margaret, I empathize with the 48 year old body - after a stint in the Marine Corps, I was 23 with a much beaten up body - and several surgeries later hasn't changed much execpt my perspective - amazing things can be done if you just remember the goal... to make the most of the time we have and don't sweat the small stuff. The women in the family all have lived into their 90's so I have a long way to go to be too concerned with the outcome of any given day.
