Does anyone have a policy that addresses telecommuting that they are willing to share?

We have only one employee who offiically telecommutes and we entered into an agreement with her. I will be happy to share the document with you; email me at [email]gmorrison@houstontexans.com[/email] and I'll send it over. Since it is our first and only telecommuter, I will be interested to hear from others who have more experience in this regard as to their successes and failures and what is key to making it work, etc.

There is one also available here on HRhero.com. To access it:

about 1/2 way down the page in the middle column is the header "HR Tools"
under that header is "Sample Policies & Procedures" (click that link)
scroll down, and you'll find "Telecommuting" under the "III. Employment" header.
