Social Networking

I’m developing a Social Networking policy/procedure. Specifically, it will outline:

How the organization will decide whether to have a formal presence in a specific outlet (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.)
Who will be responsible for updating and/or who will be allowed to update
What restrictions will we have (and how will we express them) on employees presenting company positions on their personal outlet entries or blogs

There is probably a lot of other stuff that I’ll add in as I go. However…

Do any of you already have a similar policy you could share so I can go home early?
