  • We do not have a specific policy regarding FACTA, FCRA, Reg Z, etc. What we do is state in job descriptions and disciplinary policies that EEs must abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and failure to comply will result in termination. Then, we do training sessions on FACTA, FCRA, etc and have employees sign off on the training. Our compliance officer has told us this, along with our procedures for safeguarding information, satisfies our burden to regulatory agencies if ever accused of non-compliance. (Given, of course, that the violation is not willful!)
