Proprietary Information Document

We want to put a proprietary information clause in each of our procedures manuals. I am looking for the proper language to implement this. Does anyone have a form or clause they can share with me?

I am not sure if this is right on point to what you are looking for; but I previously worked at a university that had all employees sign "intellectual property" waivers. Essentially, if you used university resources to create some knowledge or product, it became the property of the university. So, you may want to check with a local university as I am sure most universities use similar waivers.
