Non-Fraternization Policy -- anyone??

I'm looking for a non-fraternization policy that caters towards prohibiting employees from fraternizing with customers/clients. Here at HRHero, if you go to Login - HR Tools - Sample Policies & Procedures you may find this. If you are also a member of SHRM, they have a Sample Handbook that has a pretty good exmple of such a policy.
