Personal Banker- opens accounts and handles in-person customer questions

Customer Service Rep (CSR)- teller

Loan Processor- processes all types of loans for loan officers

Loan CSR- takes loan payments at window and maintains all loan files

Alternative Invesment Rep- licensed to sell annuities, insurance, etc.; advises customers on their financial goals
