Vacation/PTO/Absence policies

I am looking for some kind-hearted forumites who are willing to share their policies for the following:

A No-Fault Points Based attendance policy

A PTO Policy that includes a separate component for vacation time (in other words, ee's retain both vacation and PTO, and it's not all rolled into PTO)

Have you logged in to the Subscribers Area of this website ([url]http://www.hrhero.com/lc/[/url])to see the sample policies? There's a vacation policy and a PTO policy - sort of what you're asking for in two parts.

Sorry, but I don't think we have a sample points system.
