I have the great challenge of building our HR function from the ground up. Of course I'm going to need a veritable truckload of documents, but I was hoping someone could help me with my initial direction.
Can anyone send me a Table of Contents or similar for an internal HR process & procedure manual? (Or any other document designed to help managers and HR professionals to apply policy and comply with regulations). I'd like an overall picture of the scope of this project and the sorts of policies we'll have to develop. Much of it already exists, much of it is already on my to-do list, but I'm afraid there might be items that I'm missing.
We have recently completed the updated Employee Handbook, so that kind of content is in place.
