Formal Written Safety Program

Does anyone have a written Safety Program? I guess I need something canned that I can customize to our needs, maybe a generic outline? Anything would be a start. We distribute beer, so we have huge warehouses and a fleet of 144.

I have a safety policy , however, we are a small company don't know if it is what you can use. I don't see anyone else responding. If you would like my policy let me know and I can email it to you.
