Sales Call Reporting

We need a means of directing our sales staff to maximize their sales efforts, report their activities and project revenues.

Does anyone have a form used by their sales staff to track incoming and outgoing sales calls, personal visits to potential clients, and followup contacts?

Your help will be greatly appreciated to get us on the right track.

Any form / database / record keeping device that you would come up with is only as good as the person inputing the data. A handwritten note would serve just as well. In my experience, if you want some "inflated, exaggerated" numbers to throw out to a VP, GM or CEO, insist that your sales people keep records of their activity.
