We are looking to change our current evaluation forms. We use a software from Knowledgepoint called Performance Now. It is very inexpensive. We purchased ours in 2000 at $150.00. It was, and continues to be, worth every penny. It is easy to use, quick, flexible, and thorough.

You can choose from dozens of performance elements to rate. You simply point-and-click from a 1 to 5 rating, and personalized text appears underneath the ratings.
