On Call Pay Procedure

Does anyone have an on call pay procedure they would be willing to share with me?

What I'm looking for is something that states if they receive a phone call that lasts less than a certain amt of time how it's handled for pay purposes. Also, if required to go in then they are paid from this point to that point or a minimum number of hours.

I know some of it will be company specific but any start will be great.
