What are people using for rating factors (example) E for elcellent
V for very good. Or are you using a number system 1 to 10 with 5 being satisfactory????

We use 1 to 5. "Three" means the employee is meeting job expectations.

We use E = Exceptional, C = Commendable, P = Proficient, A = Adequate, and U = Unsatisfactory. These categories are defined on the Performance Evaluation itself.
