non-disclosure agreements

I'm looking for policies and ideas on non-disclosure rules for employees. We have a number of high-level employees with close ties to competitors, and need to have a reasonable and enforceable way to protect ourselves. Thanks in advance for your input.

This agreement was written by our attorney and actually will soon be tested in court. I'll be happy to send you a copy if you post your email address.

Pam (pardon the formality): Since the value of your policy will only be tested in ONE forum, EVER, that being a legal one, I really think an attorney should draft your policy. It seems to me that the only reason you might ever need such a policy would be to recover damages from someone who violated it. For that reason, I wouldn't dream of installing a policy like this without a lawyer having written it. Maybe I'm way off base.
