Employee feedback forms for use in outside training/conferences

Hi all,
I am searching for a form for employee use after they return from an outside seminar or conference. The purpose of the form would be for information sharing purposes with other staff members.

  • [font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 02-28-03 AT 08:43AM (CST)[/font][p]We do not have a standard form given the multiplicity of possibilities for different types of and topics of seminars, I would think it would be extremely difficult to have one all-encompassing form. We do let our managers / supervisors know in advance that they will be giving a report of the seminar at a staff meeting soon after returning. They have always taken good notes and made their presentations.
