EEO/AA Plan

I'm trying to do our company yearly Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan updates but I'm having trouble. With the new DOL regulations that were issued in December, I'm having trouble deciding what the updated plan needs to look like! Does anyone have any info on somewhere I might find a sample plan to look at for guidance?

  • You are like everyone else because of the new rules. Until there is some experience to follow it is probably best just to do the best that you can. If you write something that is incorrect the worst that can happen is a citation with instructions to do it right and I expect that at the same time you will receive some guidance on what that means. This is what I am going to do.
