Non-harassment policies

I am needing to update our policies/procedures on harassment. We currently have written policy for sexual harassment, but does not cover other types. Can someone share some sample policies and/or incite into composing one for our business?

Here is an example that we use:
The Company is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free of discrimination. In keeping wtih this committment, we will not tolerate harassment of company employees by anyone, including any supervisor, manager, co-workers, vendor client, contractor, customer or other regular visitor to the company.
Harassment consists of unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical or visual, that is based on a person's protected status, such as sex, race, color, ancestry, national origin, age, disability or other legally protected group status. The company will not tolerate harassing conduct that affects conditions of employment that interfere unreasonably with an individual's work performance, or that create intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
The conduct prohibited by this policy includes: (a) epithets, slurs, negative stereotyping, or intimidating acts that are based on a person's protected status; and (b) written or graphic material circulated within or posted within the workplace that shows hostility toward a person or persons because of their protected status.

    Hope this helps.
