Document Control Specialist Job Description

I am the HR Manager for a company that provides services to the mentally ill developmentally disabled. Our facilities are licensed by the state, therefore we have many rules and regulations that we have to follow. We are currently working on creating an extensive policy/procedure manual. We also have many forms that we have to use. Now we need a document control person that is in charge of all these documents. Does anyone have a sample job description for a document control position?
