Conditional Bonus?

Employee is scheduled to work Monday through Friday and then volunteers to work Saturday also. We pay for all hours and any overtime and also offer a bonus for working the extra day. If an employee is scheduled to work M-F and volunteers to work Saturday, but calls in one of the scheduled days. The reason for the absence wouldn't matter; if they aren't at work all week, they wouldn't be eligible for the Saturday bonus.

Gotcha! Your policy reads that you must work 6 consecutive days to receive a bonus for the 6th day.
