Hi, I just recieved a wage assignment on an employee. I notified the employee, and he asked if we had to comply? I am not sure - I think I am since he "signed" the forms. I have an additional question, the forms I recieved have an "electronic signature" - my employee's name is typed in and there is a "witness". Is this binding?, the loan company states that it is under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, but I have never seen this before - anyone can type in a signature!
