In Florida, is there a law regarding required pay dates, for example, if policy states paydays as 1st and 15th and either date falls on a weekend or holiday, is employer legally required to pay on the Friday before the weekend or the day before a holiday so that the funds are available to the ee on the pay date? This is a small company (less than 10 employees, no direct deposit.
