Shift/Weekend/Holiday Diff

Would anyone be willing to share their policy on shift/weekend/holiday differential??
We are a health care organization and currently run two shifts (7a-7p and 7p to 7a). Of course staff don't always work those exact hours. We give 10% diff if working 2nd shift M-F, 15% if working 1st shift weekends(S&S) and 25% if working 2nd shift on weekends. Thanks for any input you can give me.
