Furniture Salespersons law on wages

Hello, I would like to know from any fellow texans, who are in the sales business and are paid by commission. Does the law in Texas require an employer to pay minimum wage if a sales person does not make enough commission for the time they put in? Are sales persons on commission required to clock in and out?
