California Employers How do you classify.......

HR in CA

computer professionals? I am not referring to software engineers, but system analysts, etc? Hourly or exempt? Any information will be appreciated!

You need to find the computer professional description. Systems analysts will typically be exempt unless they make less than the hourly rate specified in the description. The hourly rate is humongous, something like $46-47 an hour, much different than the federal standard. Maybe you can find it in the website of the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement.
