MS - Deduction from Final Wages

I have an employee who ordered personal items from a company and gave our company address as the "billing address". These were ordered back in July and August 2004. This is Nov and apparently employee has not paid them and we are receiving notices at our business address of the "Collection Status" of this account.

Question 1: Can I withhold on employee's final check the amount due (under $100) since they are "items that benefited and were approved by employee"?

If not, Question 2: Can I give the billing company employee's home address so the company will not continue to receive these notices?
