Deduction from Wages for Use of Company Gym

Hi
I have a question I need some help with. We have a company fitness facility and we have moved to a new dues structure for our employees whereby they can join and pay a small monthly dues. We'd like to set it up so that if they join, their dues would be deducted from their paycheck. So long as this is voluntary on their part, is there any reason why we could not deduct the monthly amount from their after tax wages?
Thanks
