Incentive Pay

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 04-14-04 AT 08:59AM (CST)[/font][br][br]Are there guidelines for the paying of a bonus to an exempt professional? We want to pay one of our psychologists a bonus rate for every additional psych eval (past 5) he does in a week's time. We'd like to include whatever bonus money he makes in his bi-weekly paycheck. Does anyone see anything wrong with that? Thanks for the input.
