Shift Differential

Our company allows a shift differential to clinic employees who work after 6pm and on weekends. We also have a 2 satelite clinics during the busy season however these employees do not get shift diff. Do those employees have the right to it as well? I am in Utah.

For, example, if you have whites getting the SD and hispanics not getting it you have a problem. Legalities aside you will have a morale problem and possibly a serious one when they find out. Saving a couple of hundred dollars a week to not pay a shift differential will cost you thousands in the future. It is short-sighted and a bad business practice.
