Garnishment Fee

I've found articles from other states regarding state laws that allow an employer to withhold a small "administrative fee" ($2.00) for each pay period for each employee that has a garnishment. How do I find what the NE state law says? We'll be contacting our lawyers but I thought I'd try and find it myself as well.

The maximum an employer can charge is $2.50 a MONTH for administrative fees for child support garnishments to the ee. For other wage assignments there are no provisions for Nebraska.
