Reduction in Force & Payout of Paid Time-Off Benefits

We are an employer in the State of Missouri who is getting ready for a RIF. I have not been able to locate any info. on the MO regs. for payment of paid time-off benefits. We would like to separate the paid benefits from their final check and process this with the next payroll processing (following week). Obviously, this is to assist with our cash flow needs.
