Tardy policy

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 01-28-04 AT 09:23AM (CST)[/font][br][br]We have just implemented a new late policy. Do we need to put this policy in our employee manual? We are implemting the policy to give to all of our supervisors/management so we all follow the same procedure.

I'm sorry I probably was not clear with my first question. What I am really asking is - Yes we do have a tardy policy, but do we need to tell the employee's:

anyone punching in 7 min and before will get pd for the 1/4 hr. 8 mn and over will not get paid for the 1/4 hr. This is the procedure that we are implementing for the SUper/mgmt.
