Do you pay hourly to any of your supervisors?

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 01-27-04 AT 04:07PM (CST)[/font][br][br]Yes, we treat our superivsors, including those that are could be exempt as "professional," as non-exempts as most of them are represented by unions (it was a management decision to do it that way -- unions had no objections). It is now in the cba's that they are non-exmept.

Most of our supervisors are non exempt, also.

Our supervisors are exempt, but get straight time for all hours worked in excess of 44.

You might want to check Wage and Hour Laws on this. We had an audit and were told that we could not pay straight time for these type of instances.
