2 different jobs at same location.

Previously we paid all EE's OT for anything over 8 and anything over 40. We are now going to federal law, which agrees with Nevada law for OT.

My site is a Casino with Restaurants in Nevada. The problem comes in that in our Restaurants, we have employees who will work as a bus person earning 5.50 hourly part of the week (OT over 8 and 40), and then work as a kitchen worker or hostperson part of the week (OT over 40).

How would OT be figured on them?
Also, do we include allocated tips into the OT figure when they are buspersons?
