Salary Increases for 2004

What are folks planning for salary increases in 2004? If this has been discussed already feel free to point me in the right direction.

I know it was discussed in the last couple of months, but I do not remember the name of the thread. A general topic search will probably pull it up for you. We are estimating 4% for each department to use as a pool and distributing it within departments based on performance evaluations.

We also have a 4% salary increase budget.

I work for a non-profit in NC and we're getting 0% for the second year in a row.

We have a base of 3%, but allow up to 6% for exceptional performance.
