Commissions...

I did a search, but nothing really answered the information I was looking for...

How does the FLSA define commissions?

To be more specific, I am looking for state specific laws (not california) on paying out commissions.

This seems to be a popular question, but not popular when it comes to answers... hmmmmmm... maybe there is a reason for that.

Anyway, specifically I am looking for OH, NY, GA, and FL. Thanks!
