Looking For NEW Payroll/Time Clock System

My company is currently using ADP payroll software and ADP's e-time product for a time keeping system. We are currently looking at our alternatives.

The main concerns we have are the following:

Cost
User-friendly system
HR reports (easy to set up and customize)
Good support available
