OHIO PAYROLL LAW

I work for a Wisconsin corporation that has recently acquired two employees of an Ohio company. The GM of this company is telling us that these employees should be salaried employees. One is a truck driver and the other is a warehouse worker. I know that under the FLSA, these employees would not be considered to be exempt from overtime. Is there an Ohio employment law that states otherwise?

Is there a website that I can reference to familiarize myself with Ohio payroll and benefits laws?
