Termination Pay for State of Georgia

Please advise - what is the rules for termination pay in Georgia both for involuntary and voluntary terminations? Georgia is an 'at will' state, so I believe the pay is the same -but I need to verify.

    I am not sure what you want. We are not like CA. You have to get the employee their final check by the next regular pay period, doesn't matter if they resigned or you let them go. Also, you are not required to pay any vacation pay. (However, if you policy says you do, I would.)
