Comp Time Policy

I found quite of bit of info in past posts regarding the issue of allowing exempt staff to earn comp time. We are going to redraft our policy and I'd be interested in reviewing other organizational policies, if you'd be willing to share yours with me (specifically, (1) what type of organization are you, i.e., service industry, non-profit, etc.; (2) how and/or in what instances do you allow comp time; and (3) maximum accumulations).
